Pet friendly – Yes, this property allows dogs (limit 1 total) with a maximum weight of up to 50 lbs per pet. Screened porch. We are located less than 2 miles from historic downtown Hendersonville and roughly 10 miles from Dupont State Forest and other natural attractions. Our cleaning team (Rosa and her crew) has done a terrific job over the years keep the places spotless, now they are committed to make sure they are safe so you and your family/friends feel completely safe during your stay at Featherstone. Also During Your Stay – The Gorge Zip Line, Flat Rock Playhouse, Baltimore Estate, Sierra Nevada (must see), Chimney Rock, DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Carl Sandburg's Home, Johnson Farm, Trout Fishing, Whitewater Rafting and Sliding Rock.
